Host and Property Excellent
Host was very responsive to all questions and calls. Property was fantastic, hot tub was wonderful. Location was superb - was there for Indian Wells Tennis, 15 min drive, minus the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Indio Vacation
Overall the property is as listed. However for us the sofa and chair were not comfortable, maybe individual preference. One of the reasons we rented the property was the spa. It did not work. I texted the manager and tried the things he said to do and still no hot water. I feel he should have at least called back to see if it was working or came over to fix the problem. Other than that it was a great mini vacation.

Indio is very central to the greater Palm Springs valley, and this is a great residential community in the middle, very quiet and peaceful for walking around the neighborhood.
